Patti Crawford

Selling real estate is Patti’s passion. Patti feels fortunate that she can combine her love of homes and meeting interesting people with her ability to provide superior customer service, strong marketing skills, and win-win negotiating techniques. Prior to her career in real estate, Patti enjoyed 15 years as a marketing representative at Hewlett-Packard Co.

Her volunteer activities include Executive Board member at Byrd School and Sunday school teacher at her church. Patti has also been President of a local investment club. Her interests include interior design, walking, and nutrition. Patti is a member of Habitat for Humanity along with several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

Patti grew up in Glen Rock, and after graduating from William Paterson University, lived in Mahwah and Radburn before returning to Glen Rock in 2001 to raise her family. She and her wonderful husband Craig have two children, JP & Sarah.

Jenniffer Kikos

Buyer’s Agent

Jenniffer specializes in residential real estate throughout Bergen County. She grew up and currently resides in Fair Lawn with her family. After attending William Paterson University Jenniffer worked in sales and marketing for over 10 years before pursuing her passion for real estate. Jenniffer joined The Colligan Group at Keller Williams in 2022 and enjoys working with buyers to help them find their dream home. 

A lifelong resident of Bergen County, Jenniffer has extensive knowledge of the area that she loves to share with her buyers. She is a member of the NJMLS and GSMLS and has working knowledge of Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Essex Counties.

Jenniffer enjoys traveling and exploring different areas of New Jersey and beyond with her husband. In her spare time you can find Jenniffer in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or running throughout nearby parks. Jenniffer is an avid reader and thoroughly enjoys biographies and James Patterson books.

Jackie Haughn

Transaction Coordinator

Jackie Haughn is the newest member of The Colligan Group, joining us as our Transaction Coordinator. Before getting her Real Estate license 4 years ago, she spent over 20 years in corporate America as an Executive Assistant. Now she brings her organization and customer service skills to our team. Jackie is married and has 2 grown children and will be a first-time grandmother in July 2021! She has been a Bergen County resident her entire life and currently lives in Emerson. Some of her passions include cooking, rowing, DIY projects, antiquing, travel and spending time with family and friends, and of course…Real Estate!

Barbara Wilke

Administrative Assistant

Barbara’s goal is to make your real estate experience as seamless as possible. Utilizing the knowledge she has acquired through residential sales and leases, property management, and office administration, she effectively manages all aspects of a real estate transaction. With 23 years of real estate experience, Barbara is licensed as a broker-salesperson. Through continuing education, she strives to stay abreast of the newest technology, regulations, and trends affecting the real estate industry.

Barbara is a lifelong resident of Bergen County, where she and her husband raised two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and volunteering as treasurer for the Ridgefield Park Woman’s Club EMD and as a member of the Ridgefield Park Community Garden.

Kathleen Barlotta

Kathleen Barlotta has provided The Colligan Group with her extensive home staging and interior design expertise since 2012. As a service to our sellers, we provide staging help at no cost to the seller. An accredited home staging professional with a BFA in layout and design, Kathleen’s vast experience, specialized training, and strong spatial sensibilities allows her to easily visualize the inherent staging or design potential of any home or office. Kathleen’s collaborative approach to working with each client enables her to transform any home into one that buyers will want to make their own.

Greg Martz

Lead Photographer

Greg’s extensive background in film & television has provided him with a unique perspective on the real estate photography business. Now in his 15th year as a real estate photographer and videographer, and with over 6000 homes photographed and sold, Greg still keeps a fresh perspective on digital imaging by treating each new listing with creativity and attention to detail.

Bryan Murawski

Lead Videographer

Bryan produces high-quality, professional videos for The Colligan Group. Educated at Seton Hall University in Video & Television Broadcasting, he has had the opportunity to work with major media companies, including CBS in NYC and Chicago, before leaving the corporate world to work for himself. He uses his strong understanding of marketing techniques and his drive to create engaging content to meet all of our client’s goals.
